You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We enforce age verification upon entry — if we discover that a user is under 21, their account will be terminated and any pending orders will be cancelled and refunded.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

When you create an account, you're responsible for everything that happens under it. That means:

• Keep your password secure and don't share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Ensure your account information stays accurate and up to date
• You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

We work hard to display our products as accurately as possible — descriptions, photography, lab reports, and ingredient lists are presented in good faith. That said:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
• Product packaging may be updated without prior notice
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws
• Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor — we never store your card details
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may have usage limits or expiration dates
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that exploit pricing errors

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

• You'll receive an order confirmation email — this confirms receipt, not acceptance
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
• Once an order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

Some products are available on a subscription basis for your convenience. By enrolling in a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected
• Subscription pricing is locked at the rate shown at time of enrollment unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days in advance
• You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — changes take effect on your next billing cycle
• If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process the charge again before suspending your subscription

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business:

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• Opened products may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion — contact us and we'll work with you
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Wholesale access is granted by invitation only. Approved wholesale partners are subject to additional terms including:

• Minimum order requirements and pricing tiers

• We reserve the right to revoke wholesale access for violations of these terms or for conduct that harms the Sacred Journey brand

• Engages in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks filed in bad faith, or abuse of discount codes

Everything on this Site — the name "Sacred Journey," our logo, product names, photography, copy, design, code, and all other content — is owned by Sacred Studios Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission
• Approved wholesale partners may use provided marketing materials strictly in accordance with our brand guidelines
• User-submitted content (reviews, photos, messages) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with our business

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Studios Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Studios Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal resolution first — contact us and we'll try to resolve it directly within 30 days
• Binding arbitration — if informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Class action waiver — you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
